The staff was friendly. The animation team kept us entertained with sports and dancing shows (they really knew how to get everyone involved). The food was tasty, and the Asian restaurant stood out. The juice guy Mahmoud was a hard worker with amazing sales skills.

The pools were clean and well-kept. There were separate areas for adults and children, great for families. The private beach provided easy access to the sea. Beach towels were readily available near the entrance. I noticed several bars around the pool area that offered a variety of drinks.

The main restaurant offered a diverse buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I appreciated the themed dinner nights. The Asian restaurant provided a nice change of pace. Reservations were required, but it was worth it. Snacks were available throughout the day at the pool bar.

The reception staff was helpful and efficient, especially during check-in and check-out. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. The animation team engaged guests with various activities during the day.

The staff proved active (always ready to help). I never waited long for a drink. The pool area offered a beautiful setting. The entertainment team was fun and engaging, especially the English girl. It was great to be upgraded to a spacious Junior Suite with a huge bed. Rashid, the housekeeper, kept the room super clean. Mr Reda regularly checked to ensure that I was satisfied with the stay.
The gym equipment shows a little wear, so I hope they will renovate the facilities soon.

The hotel has direct beach access, offering clear, shallow water. A long walkway extends into the sea. The area felt safe, owing to the presence of a friendly lifeguard.

The food was amazing, with a wide buffet selection daily. The grill station prepared steaks and kebabs perfectly. Elsahar and Mr Aziz at the bar provided excellent service. The cocktail selection was superb.

The resort includes a relaxing pool area with a swim-up bar. There are plenty of activities organized by the entertainment team. The beach is well maintained, with a pleasant experience for those wanting to swim.

i found the food options offered a great variety and much choice, . the staff seemed very friendly and also quite helpful. the pool area is huge with a swim-up bar, which i enjoyed. the beach area looks clean, and staff were readily available to bring drinks, just lovely.
The rooms looked a bit dated especially the bathroom. It had badly repaired tiles, and it felt scruffy.

The hotel features several pools, i saw three distinct areas. a private beach is available with plenty of sun loungers, and several bars offer drinks and snacks throughout the day. The layout encourages relaxation.

I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, they were quick to respond to requests. the on-site dining options provided a range of cuisines, and the service at each restaurant was prompt. They really care about you.

My room included air conditioning and a balcony with seating. the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. complimentary toiletries. It's quite practical and nice. the room looked well kept too.
